General terms and conditions
These AGBs apply to all units listed and managed on this platform and other sales platforms (OTAs) of Tegernsee.Services. Status: August 2023.
The operator of this site assumes no responsibility for the timeliness, accuracy, completeness or quality of the information provided. Liability claims against the operator, which refer to material or immaterial nature caused by use or disuse of the information or the use of incorrect and incomplete information are excluded, unless the author is not intentional or grossly negligent fault.
The operator expressly reserves the right to change, supplement or delete parts of the pages or the entire offer without prior notice or to cease publication temporarily or permanently.
Terms of payment
Payment for the stay is due at 50% (100% if booked within 3 weeks of arrival) upon receipt of the invoice. The balance is due at least 3 weeks before arrival.
Cancellation of the booking free of charge is possible until 21 days before arrival. In case of cancellation after this date, in case of no-show or early departure, we allow ourselves to charge you 90% of the room rate per night.
Conclusion of contract
The basis of our offer and your booking are the accommodation description and the supplementary information in the booking basis (e.g. classification explanations) insofar as these are available to you at the time of booking.

With the booking you offer us as host the conclusion of the guest accommodation contract binding.
he contract is concluded upon your receipt of our declaration of acceptance (booking confirmation) including these General Terms and Conditions. It does not require any form, so that verbal and telephone confirmations are also legally binding for you and us. As a rule, we will also send you a written copy of the booking confirmation by e-mail in the case of verbal or telephone confirmations.
If we submit a special offer to you at your request, this shall, in deviation from the above provisions, constitute a binding contractual offer on our part to you. In these cases, the contract comes into effect, without the need for a corresponding reconfirmation by us, if you accept this offer within the period specified in the offer without restrictions, changes or extensions by express declaration, deposit, final payment or use of the accommodation.
We reserve the right to change your booking in exceptional cases and to assign you an accommodation comparable in location, size, equipment and comfort for the booked period.
For make accommodations will be a Deposit upon conclusion of the accommodation contract. This is due together with the deposit of the booking amount. In the event of non-payment, the corresponding booking will be canceled. The deposit will be refunded in full if the booked accommodation, including all keys, has been left after check-out without any damage to the furnishings and without any heavy soiling beyond the normal case.
The deposit will be settled no later than 14 days after the end of occupancy. Any claims of the host that are offset against the deposit shall be quantified. If it is not yet possible to quantify the amount, the expected amount of the claims must be stated. If the host's claims exceed the deposit, the full amount of the deposit will be retained and the difference invoiced separately.
Intermediate cleaning is provided for an additional charge. These are obligatory and serve to check and maintain the accommodation unit.
